Seriun MSP are proud to announce the promotion of James Pratt who has progressed from First Line Engineer to Senior Service Desk Engineer.
James, from Clitheroe, initially pursued Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. However, his true aptitude lies in technical proficiency.
Joining Seriun just over two years ago, James swiftly advanced from First Line to Second Line within a year. Now, as Senior Service Desk Engineer, he undertakes the critical responsibility of resolving intricate issues, mastering advanced technical challenges, and devising solutions for complex scenarios that may arise within an organisation’s IT infrastructure.
As James reflects on his journey he shares: “my experience at Seriun has been invaluable as I step into my new role. The challenges may be more complex, but the satisfaction of finding solutions is incredibly rewarding”.
