Seriun are excited to announce the latest additions to the team, welcoming Lara Gibbins and Ruby Harper. Both girls bring their own unique energy and passion to Seriun’s sales department.
Meet Lara Gibbins
Born and raised in Bolton, Lara has always enjoyed working with people. Her interest in sales has been led by a lifelong love of connecting with others – something her friends and family have always recognised in her. Plus, her father’s long career in sales has been a strong influence too.
Lara’s previous role as an Assistant Manager at a local business in Bolton gave her hands-on experience in leadership and customer relations. She’s also a creative spirit holding a Level 3 qualification in Art and Design with embroidery, sewing and furniture upholstery being hobbies she peruses outside of work. She enjoys all things artistic and has even visited the stunning Italian City of Matera – famous for it’s ancient caves and filming location for blockbuster films such as No Time to Die and Wonder Woman.
When asked about her future, Lara is clear she’s determined to become an Account Manager and complete her Sales qualification at Seriun. “I am excited, inspired and ready to get going!”
Meet Ruby Harper
Originally from Milton Keynes, Ruby now calls Barrowford home. She lives with her mum and brother, and her passion for sales began back in college, where she left with a Merit in Business Management and Administration. Ruby’s professional journey has already consisted of roles ranging from Customer Service at Daisy Communications to a Marketing role in Malta with Arura Jewellery.
Outside of work, Ruby’s a big fan of travelling and festivals, she loves exploring new places. Her favourite so far? Ibiza, with it’s beautiful beaches and party culture. She’s excited to be stating her sales career at Seriun and sees this apprenticeship as the perfect way to grow her skills and kickstart her future. “This opportunity is the perfect step forward for me, I’m looking forward to what’s ahead.”
Sales Role
As Sales Apprentices, Lara and Ruby will play a key role in supporting Seriun’s sales team, learning customer relationship management, lead generation and account management. They’ll be developing their communication and negotiation skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales strategy. Working closely together, they’ll be able to support and guide each other as they navigate their apprenticeships, learning from each other’s strengths and building a strong foundation for their future career in sales.

The two girls are beginning an exciting journey at Seriun and join a long list of individuals who have started with Seriun and gone on to being fully qualified professionals in the industry. Seriun believe in providing the support, guidance and hands-on experience that will help them thrive and reach their full potential.
